Alot of people Recieving E.I Uneployment Rises

http://www.cbc.ca/money/story/2009/04/28/ei-claims.html

Alot of people on this site tend to forget the root causes for the layoffs, the housing, banking industry has affected other industries no doubt, and business are using the recession to save money when they don't really need to,but that's just a few.But all that aside, blaming the politicians and Mexicans is a lame excuse for the jobs being lost, its pretty ignorant to assume so,they sound like Americans,Mexicans aren't jumping the Canadian borders, these workers are likely to have visas.I see alot of hostility toward immigrants, but the jobs they are doing the average Canadian wouldn't do it,so why hate? This is Canada not a 3rd world country,my parents came here from Jamaica,if they envisioned me to farm they wouldn't never left the island.A few had brought up issues with the farming. But back to what i was saying everyone is blaming everyone else, like Americans. Why bash Mexicans?,there are Jamaican farmers and other immigrants from other country's that do farming and other agricultural work.Someone should be upset and blame the employers, they should fire the people at the top they make the most salaries, and wont be as affectesd as the ones that live paycheque to paycheque.
